Shipping, Payments and Returns
At AMU Jewels, we process and ship orders from our Guangzhou-China warehouse, Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details—check your spam folder if it’s missing. After your order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping method or address.
Processing & Shipping
Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
When shipped, track your order via the link in your confirmation email or, if you have an AMU Jewels account, under “Menu” > “Track my order”
Shipping times vary by destination and method, selected at checkout. Estimated delivery: 10-14 business days for standard shipping.
Payment
All orders, including pre-sale and custom items, are charged at the time of purchase.
Returns
AMU Jewels values the quality of every product. Within 15 days, if there are any quality issues, customers may return or exchange the item (subject to conditions), with shipping costs covered by AMU Jewels. For returns without quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
